Secure Global Transport & Tracking

Your order is safe with us. We use only world class air courier services, such as UPS, through which we can track your packages at any time. From the time you drop your package with UPS, until the time it is returned to you, we know exactly where your package is located, anywhere on the globe, thanks to our advanced integrated bar coding. Our order processing system is fully integrated with that of UPS. Our processing center is run by qualified technicians who take the utmost care in every picture. You can also track the process status of your order at any time using our Status Bar tool – you simply log in to your account to view your order progress.

World-Class Operations

ScanCafe has 400 workstations in a climate controlled environment in a tier-1 world class building. Our entire facility is secured using biometrics sensors (finger print scanning) for access control and has 24 hour manned security. All your precious packages are tracked and stored in secure access controlled storage units.  ScanCafe's Imaging technicians wear lint free gloves and use forceps to physically handle your photographic media. Additionally, we only use manual processes - we have no auto-fed machines in which your pictures can get easily jammed and ruined (how many times has a printer or fax machine done that to you?)
